About Us
Cedrick Moswana is the founding partner at Moswana Attorneys, a firm which prides itself in providing legal services with a passion for the law and with a personal touch. At Moswana Attorneys you are not just a number but a valued stakeholder.
Cedrick Moswana completed a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2008.
Cedrick served his period of articles at Fluxmans Inc. from 2009 to 2011 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in April 2011.
Pursuant to qualifying as an attorney, Cedrick was appointed as an associate in the Commercial litigation department of Fluxmans Inc. where he was exposed to a range of matters involving, criminal law, family law, delictual and contractual disputes whether in the Magistrates’ Courts, High Courts and Supreme Court of Appeal. Cedrick also has Right of Appearance in the High Court.
Cedrick was subsequently appointed as an associate in the Labour litigation department at Fluxmans Inc. where he gained experience in labour practice and procedure.
In 2014, Cedrick joined Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr in their Employment Law department gaining extensive experience in labour practice and procedure. He moved to found Moswana Attorneys.

Family And Divorce Law
We offer a spectrum of services relating to family and divorce law. We pride ourselves in our proven track record in cases involving custody and parental rights and responsibilities. We offer opinions, advice and consult on domestic violence, maintenance issues and divorce. Ideally all family disputes could be resolved by agreement but where this is not possible we litigate, mediate or arbitrate disputes to provide speedy resolution to challenges.
Employment Law
Take advantage of our extensive experience and exposure to all aspects of Employment Law. We offer the usual services related to the resolution of labour issues, be it appearances at the various forums, chairing of in-house hearings, advice and legal opinions on the risks and exposure of the employer in relation to the legal framework and their business operations.
